Inspiré de la méthode Seidenstein, il en fait le fondement de ses ateliers IMPRO SUPREME depuis 2010 et l’expérimente en public dans son spectacle solo PLAN C depuis 2013. Il est diplômé d’un Master 2 Recherche en Histoire des sciences (Université de Paris 1 – Panthéon-Sorbonne, 2007), spécialisé dans l’historie de la psychologie et l’étude des émotions.
